This case study explores my experience as a product designer in FlytBase, the world’s first Internet of Drones Platform (IoD) that allows seamless & cloud-connected deployment of intelligent drone fleets for a variety of business applications.

In collaboration with a global user base, I delved into the drone ecosystem to understand user needs. This journey led to the development of three key features, all designed to automate and scale drone operations for businesses around the world.
